摘 要:工作量规设计是《互换性与公差测量技术实践》教学中的难点,工作量规设计涉及工件的公差带,随着工件的精度不同,检验工件的工作量规也随之需要重新设计,且设计工作量重复。为解决此问题,提出运用柔性化的设计系统,将工程制图、数据库及零件制造精度等内容综合考虑,只需要选择工件尺寸范围及公差带代号,即可快速设计出所对应的工作量规相关尺寸及其工作图。文中用Φ25E6的工作量规柔性设计和Φ45G7塞规的快速标注的实例验证了上述方法的可行性。Work gauge design is a difficult point in the teaching of Interchangeability and Tolerance Measurement Technology Practice.The work gauge design involves the tolerance zone of the workpiece.As the precision of the workpiece varies,the work gauge for the inspection of the workpiece needs to be redesigned and the design workload is repeated.In order to solve the problem,taking engineering drawing,database and parts manufacturing accuracy into comprehensive consideration,a flexible design system was put forward,and only size range and tolerance band code of workpiece were needed to select,then corresponding work gauge size and its work diagram could be designed quickly.The flexible design of25E6 working gauge and the quick dimensioning of45G7 plug gauge were used to verify the feasibility of the proposed method.
