摘 要:为了防止老旧曳引式电梯制动试验过程中轿厢失控滑移可能引发的安全事故,本文基于制动试验中轿厢可能失控的原因分析,针对额定速度在0.63m/s^3.5m/s之间的曳引式乘客电梯提出了一种轿厢保护装置的设计方案.该装置可以通过对电梯制动试验前后装卸载荷过程中和制动试验时轿厢与曳引轮的位移实时监测,判断轿厢是否处于失控滑移状态,从而决定是否触发保护装置执行机构联动制停轿厢,以对轿厢和工作人员进行保护,为在役老旧电梯制动试验时设备和人员的安全提供一道保护屏障.In order to prevent the possible safety accidents caused by the uncontrolled slip car during the braking test of old lift in service,based on the analysis of the possible causes of car out of control in braking test,this paper presents a design scheme of the car protection device for lift with rated speed ranging from 0.63m/s to 3.5m/s.The car protection device can monitor the displacement of the car and the traction wheel in real time during loading and unloading process in the lift braking test,besides the lift braking test process,and judge whether the car is in the state of uncontrolled slip or not,so as to decide whether to trigger the protective device actuator reacting for car braking to protect the car and staff,which may provide a protective barrier for the safety of the equipment and personnel during the old lift braking test.
