摘　　要：本文采用对比的方法,探讨了TSG07-2019《特种设备生产和充装单位许可规则》实施后,给起重机械生产企业的取证带来的一些重大变化,主要从许可申请、型式试验、鉴定评审、试制造和试安装、生产业绩、仪器设备等行业比较关注的方面,剖析了新规则的实施要求,为相关人员理解新规则提供参考.In this paper,some significant changes to the crane manufacturing enterprises brought by the implementation of TSG07-2019 are discussed by means of comparative method.The requirements of the new regulation are analyzed in aspect of application,type test,appraisal,trial manufacture and installation,production performance,instruments and equipment.This paper can provide reference for relevant person to understand the new regulation.
