摘 要:蒸汽管道长期在高温及应力的条件下运行,不可避免地造成高温腐蚀减薄.因此,蒸汽管道的管壁减薄的检测尤为重要.目前检测高温管道腐蚀的手段主要是采用测厚仪来测量壁厚值.弊端在于要停炉停产,拆除管道保温并打磨,只能进行局部厚度测量,无法保证检测高温蒸汽管道整体的腐蚀减薄情况;在较高的表面温度下,测厚仪的精度亦难以保证.本文基于超声导波技术的在线高温蒸汽管道的在线检测方法,采用高温导波探头,实现了在较高壁温的条件下对高温蒸汽管道的全局壁厚减薄测量缺陷检测.Steam pipes operate under high temperature and stress conditions for a long time,which will inevitably result in high temperature corrosion and thinning.Therefore,it is very important to test the pipe wall thinning of steam pipeline.At present,the main method to detect high temperature pipeline corrosion is to use thickness gauge to measure the wall thickness.'The disadvantage of this method is that the furmace should be stopped and the production stopped.The outer insulation layer of the steam pipe should be removed and local grinding should be carried out.Local.(point-to-point)thickness measurement can only be carried out.It is diffcult to guarantee the accuracy of thickness gauge at high surface temperature.In this paper,based on the on-line detection method of high-temperature steam pipeline based on ultrasonice guided wave technology,a high-temperature guided wave probe is adopted to detect the defects in the measurement of global wall thickness thinning of high-temperature steam pipeline under the condition of higher wall tcmpcraturc.
