赤芍相关药对配伍比例与药理作用研究进展

摘　　要：赤芍在《神农本草经》中被列为中品,有清热凉血、散瘀镇痛之效,现研究发现赤芍具有抗炎和免疫活性,细胞毒性和抗肿瘤活性,抗病毒活性,降糖活性,抗菌和抗真菌活性,抗氧化活性。化学成分和药理作用较明确,但临床单行用法较少,多配伍使用,而药对是配伍频率使用最高的。故重点综述临床中常用的赤芍药对配比、药理作用、临床应用的研究进展:川芎-赤芍、赤芍-当归、赤芍-牡丹皮、赤芍-大黄、赤芍-黄柏,以期为赤芍及其配伍的研究提供理论支持。Radix Paeoniae Rubra was firstly listed as the middle-class product in Shen Nong's Herbal Classic.It has the action of clearing heat and cooling blood,removing blood stasis and relieving pain.Modern research found that Radix Paeoniae Rubra had the action of anti-inflammatory and immune activity,cytotoxicity and anti-tumor activity,antiviral activity,reducing blood sugar activity,antibacterial and antifungal activity,as well as antioxidant activity.The chemical composition and pharmacological effects of the herb are relatively clear,it is rarely clinically used alone but in compatibility,and the drug pair is the most frequently used.Therefore,the research progress is reviewed focusing on the ratio,pharmacological effects,and clinical application of Radix Paeoniae Rubra related drug pairs commonly used in clinic,such as Rhizoma Chuanxiong and Radix Paeoniae Rubra,Radix Paeoniae Rubra and Chinese angelica,Radix Paeoniae Rubra and Cortex Moutan,Radix Paeoniae Rubra and Chinese rhubarb,as well as Radix Paeoniae Rubra and Cortex Phellodendri Rubra,in order to provide theoretical support for the study of Radix Paeoniae Rubra and its compatibility mechanism.
