五磨饮子汤结合针刺泻血对喘证患者疗效及肺功能影响研究

摘　　要：目的:探究五磨饮子汤加减结合针刺泻血对喘证患者疗效及肺功能影响。方法:研究共计纳入104例喘证患者,将其分为两组,对照组患者(52例)采取西医常规临床治疗,观察组患者(52例)在对照组治疗基础上采取五磨饮子汤加减结合针刺泻血治疗,对比两组患者疗效、治疗前后肺功能指标变化及中医症状积分变化、治疗后3个月、6个月患者复发率、不良反应情况。结果:观察组患者有效率(98.08%,51/52)高于对照组(86.54%,45/52),P<0.05;治疗前,两组患者肺功能指标用力肺活量(FVC)、一秒钟用力呼出容积(FEV1)、最大呼气峰流速(PEF)相当,P>0.05,治疗后各组患者FVC、FEV1、PEF水平改善,观察组优于对照组,P<0.05;治疗后两组中医症状积分降低,观察组降低较多,P<0.01;观察组患者及对照组3个月复发率相当,P>0.05,观察组患者6个月复发率低于对照组,P<0.05;观察组及对照组不良反应率相当,P>0.05。结论:五磨饮子汤加减结合针刺泻血可提升喘证临床治疗效果,患者肺功能改善,症状好转,复发率低,不良反应率低,安全可靠,值得推广以及应用。Objective:To explore the curative effect of Wumo Yinzi Decoction combined with bloodletting acupuncture on asthmatic syndrome and its influence to pulmonary function.Methods:104 patients with asthmatic syndrome were randomly divided into the control group(n=52)and the observation group(n=52).The control group was treated with routine western medication;on which basis,the observation group was also treated with Wumo Yinzi Decoction combined with bloodletting acupuncture.The curative effect,indexes of pulmonary function and scores of TCM symptoms were observed and compared after the treatment between the two groups.The recurrence rate of 3 months and 6 months,as well as adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The effective rate of the observation group was 98.08(51/52),which was significantly higher than 86.54(45/52)of the control group(P<0.05).There were no statistical differences in FVC,FEV1 and PEF between the two groups before the treatment(P>0.05);the levels of FVC,FEV1 and PEF were improved after the treatment in the two groups;the improvements in the observation group were more significant(P<0.05).The scores of TCM symptoms decreased after the treatment in the two groups;the decreases in the observation group were more significant than those in the control group(P<0.01).There was no statistical difference in the 3 months recurrence rate between the two groups(P>0.05).The 6 months recurrence rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).In terms of the adverse reaction rate,there was no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Wumo Yinzi Decoction combined with bloodletting acupuncture can improve the clinical effect of asthmatic syndrome,improve the pulmonary function of the patients,and alleviate the symptoms with lower recurrence rate and less adverse reactions.The therapy is safe and reliable,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
