摘  要:针对煤矿井上、井下变电所内部数据采集繁琐、环境恶劣、不利于实时监控与管理等特点,采用西门子S7-1500可编程逻辑控制器(PLC),与变电所内智能仪表、综保设备通过Modbus方式进行通信。考虑到变电所设备之间厂家不同导致通信协议的不同,提出通过TIA V15编程软件对PLC进行通信协议解析程序的编写,使PLC可以与不同协议的设备进行通信,实现远程对智能仪表电压、电流等数据的监测以及对综保设备开关的开、合闸控制等,达到在地面中央集控室对井下采区变电所实现远程“四遥”功能。目前,该系统已在煤矿压风机房投入运行。该系统的成功运行,为未来实现井下智能化无人变电所奠定了基础。In view of the complicated data collection,severe environment,and unfavorable real-time monitoring and management in coal mine substations,Siemens S7-1500 programmable logic controller(PLC)was used to communicate with the smart instruments and comprehensive protection equipment in the substations through the Modbus protocol.Considering the different communication protocols used by different manufacturers of substation equipment,it was proposed to write the communication protocol analysis program for PLC by means of TIA V15 programming software,so that PLC can communicate with equipment of different protocols to realize remote monitoring of the voltage and current data of the intelligent instrument,remote control of the comprehensive protection equipment,and achieve the“four remote control”function of the substation in the mining area by the ground central control room.At present,this system has been put into operation in the compressor house of coal mine,and the successful operation of this system has laid a foundation for realizing the underground intelligent unattended substation in the future.
