张振宇谈从SARS到COVID-19出院患者肺功能中医非药物康复的思路探讨

摘　　要：张振宇教授是中国中医科学院望京医院特色诊疗部主任,对内科疾病的中医非药物康复和中医伤科疾病经验丰富,疗效显著。手法、呼吸和功法干预呼吸过程中的胸廓组织的活动度,可以改善肺功能。根据官方发布的SARS和新冠肺炎的诊疗指南发现二者病机相似,大胆推测康复期的治疗思路可以借鉴。从目前的出院人数不断上涨已经接近7万人次来看,我们认为新冠肺炎出院患者的康复需求也是巨大的。目前新冠肺炎的康复工作尚未大量展开,本文探讨肺功能的中医非药物康复思路,以期为临床医生提供一个治疗思路,同时提升中医非药物康复的水平。Professor Zhang Zhen-yu is the director of the special diagnosis and treatment department of Wangjing Hospital,China Academy of Chinese M edical Sciences,w ho has extensive experience in traditional Chinese medicine non-drug rehabilitation and traditional Chinese medical traumatic diseases w ith significant curative effects.Intervention of thoracic tissue activity during breathing through techniques,breathing and exercises can improve lung function.According to the official guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of SARS and novel coronavirus pneumonia,it is found that the pathogenesis of the tw o is similar,and it is possible to learn from the treatment ideas during the rehabilitation period.Judging from the current rising number of discharged patients,w hich is close to 70,000,w e believe that the rehabilitation needs of patients w ith novel coronavirus pneumonia are also huge.At present,the rehabilitation w ork of novel coronavirus pneumonia has not been carried out in large quantities,this article is to investigate the train of thought on TCM non-drug rehabilitation for pulmonary function,in order to provide a treatment idea for clinicians and improve the level of TCM non-drug rehabilitation.
