摘 要:目的探讨多种神经电生理监测技术在脊髓手术中的应用并评价其临床价值。方法选取2017-01-2019-01江门市中心医院收治的43例脊髓手术患者为样本,采用体感诱发电位(somatosensory evoked potential,SEP)、经颅电刺激运动诱发电位(motor evoked potentials,MEP)、自由肌电图(free-run electromyography,Free-run EMG)三种技术给予神经电生理监测,观察监测结果。结果术中报警27例,其中SEP报警21例,MEP报警9例,EMG报警16例。术后均无严重的并发症,并且及时发现了1例术后的血肿压迫并及时予以将其清除。结论联合多种神经电生理监测技术应用到脊髓手术中,可及时发现术中异常,并及早给予纠正,提高脊髓手术的安全性,提升手术成功率。Objective To apply the various neurophysiological monitoring techniques in spinal cord surgery and evaluate its clinical value.Methods A total of 43 patients with spinal cord surgery admitted to Jiangmen Central Hospital were randomly selected from January 2017 to January 2019.Somatosensory evoked potential(SEP)and transcranial electrical stimulation motor evoked potentials(MEP)were used,free-run electromyography(Free-run EMG)three techniques to give neurophysiological monitoring,observe the monitoring results.Results There were 27 cases of intraoperative alarm,including 21 cases of SEP alarm,9 cases of MEP alarm,and 16 cases of EMG alarm.There were no serious complications after operation,and 1 case of hematoma compression was found in time and cleared in time.Conclusion Combined with a variety of neurophysiological monitoring techniques applied to spinal cord surgery,intraoperative abnormalities can be detected in time and corrected early,the safety of spinal surgery can be improved,and the success rate of surgery can be improved.
