摘　　要：病毒性脑炎是由病毒感染引起的脑实质炎症,是一种严重的神经系统疾病,影响世界公共卫生安全。目前临床上有多种病原体可引起人类病毒性脑炎,发病机制还未完全清楚。近年来由于分子病毒学方面研究的进展,为人类治疗病毒性脑炎提供了很多新的思路和方法。Viral encephalitis is an inflammation of the brain parenchyma caused by viral infection.It is a serious neurological disease that affects public health security in the world.At present,there are many pathogens in the clinic that can cause viral encephalitis in humans,and the pathogenesis is not fully understood.In recent years,due to the progress of molecular virology research,many new ideas and methods have been provided for human treatment of viral encephalitis.
