摘　　要：美国肝病学会联合美国感染病学会于2015年共同发布了HCV感染指南,此后于2018年对上述指南进行了更新,重点介绍了关于抗病毒治疗的推荐意见。2019年11月再次对指南进行了更新,本文就最新更新指南的推荐意见作一总结。The American Association for the Study of Liver Diseases and the Infectious Diseases Society of America published the hepatitis C guidance in 2015,then updated in 2018,the recommendation of antiviral therapy was emphasized.A major update of the HCV guidance was released electronically in November 2019.This article summarizes the recommendations of the latest updated guide.
