摘　　要：目的研究CY-50型炒药机在2018年不同节气使用的最佳炒药时间。方法CY-50型炒药机设定250℃,分别用15、20、25、30 min麸炒中药,根据成品颜色质量来选取最佳时间。结论麸炒枳壳在2018年春分、夏至、秋分、冬至时节CY-50型炒药机设定250℃,分别炒25、20、25、30 min是最佳炒药时间;麸炒薏苡仁在2018年春分、夏至、秋分、冬至时节CY-50型炒药机设定250℃,分别炒20、15、20、25 min是最佳炒药时间;麸炒山药在2018年春分、夏至、秋分、冬至时节CY-50型炒药机设定250℃,分别炒25、20、25、30 min是最佳炒药时间;麸炒白术在2018年春分、夏至、秋分、冬至时节CY-50型炒药机设定250℃,分别炒30、25、30、35 min是最佳炒药时间。以上设定的温度和时间成品性状最符合2015版中国药典规定的色泽标准。In order to investigate the best stir-frying time during using CY-50 stir-frying machine in different seasons in 2018,CY-50 stir-frying machine was set at 250℃,and the best stir-frying time was selected according to the color quality of the finished product.The results showed that,in the spring equinox,summer solstice,autumn equinox and winter solstice of 2018,the best stir frying time with CY-50 stir frying machine at 250℃was respectively 25,20,25,30 min for stir-frying with bran for Fructus;In the spring equinox,summer solstice,autumn equinox and winter solstice of 2018,the best stir frying time with CY-50 stir frying machine at 250℃was respectively 20,15,20,25 min for stir-frying with bran for Coix seed;In the spring equinox,summer solstice,autumn equinox and winter solstice of 2018,the best stir frying time with CY-50 stir frying machine at 250℃was respectively 25,20,25,30 min for stir-frying with bran for yam;In the spring equinox,summer solstice,autumn equinox and winter solstice of 2018,the best stir frying time with CY-50 stir frying machine at 250℃was respectively 30,25,30,35 min for stir-frying with bran for Atractylodes macrocephala koidz.Characteristics of the finished products obtained under the above set temperature and time most conformed to the color standard specified in Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2015.
