摘　　要：知识产权质押融资能够缓解科技型中小企业初期的资金压力,有利促进江苏省高质量发展。文章从江苏省知识产权质押融资规模、试点城市开展情况和现行政策演变梳理了江苏省知识产权质押融资现状,对江苏省知识产权质押融资主要模式进行了分析,指出江苏省知识产权质押融资存在的不足,并在此基础上提出了针对性的对策建议,为优化江苏省知识产权质押融资模式提供参考。Intellectual property pledge financing can relieve the initial financial pressure of small and medium-sized technology-based enterprises and promote the high-quality development of Jiangsu province.This passage presents Jiangsu intellectual property pledge financing present situation,from Jiangsu intellectual property pledge financing scale,progress in pilot cities and the current policy evolution,analyzes the main intellectual property pledge financing model in Jiangsu province,discovers the deficiency existing in intellectual property pledge financing in Jiangsu province,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures on the basis of the proposal to provide reference for optimizing the financing mode of intellectual property pledge in Jiangsu province.
