摘  要:章丘全民健身中心健身馆的造型新颖别致、结构体系复杂,对其主体结构设计和钢结构屋盖整体稳定性的研究可为类似项目提供参考和借鉴。文章围绕健身馆结构设计中的关键技术问题,分析了独立模型和总体模型中屋盖杆件受力的差异,研究了初始缺陷和荷载分布形式对结构整体稳定性的影响,探索了在温度荷载作用下超长混凝土结构的受力特点,并采用有限元软件对大跨度楼盖进行了舒适度分析。结果表明:下部结构主体刚度对屋盖杆件内力有一定程度影响;考虑初始缺陷分布后,屋盖的屈曲因子为8.0,满足规范最小限值4.2的要求,而且考虑活荷载不同分布时的屈曲系数差值<7%,说明屋盖稳定性能对于荷载分布形式不敏感;温度荷载作用下最大拉应力出现在降温工况下首层室内外交界处,拉应力最大值为2.5 MPa;采用调频质量阻尼器可有效降低楼盖的竖向加速度,其减振率>50%。The Zhangqiu National Fitness Centre has a unique design and complex structural system,the frame-shear Wall structure is adopted for the main structure,and the arched three-dimensional truss is adopted for the roof load-bearing system.Focusing on the key technical problems in the structural design of gymnasium.The paper analyzes the differences of the independent model and the overall model in the stress of roof members,the influence of initial defect distribution and load distribution on the stability of the whole structure,the mechanical characteristics of super-long concrete structure under temperature load,and the comfort degree of large span floor by finite element software.The results show that the stiffness of the main body of the lower structure has a certain effect on the internal forces of the roof members.Considering the initial defect distribution,the buckling factor of the roof is 8.0,which satisfies the minimum limit value of 4.2.The difference of buckling coefficient is less than 7%,when the different live load distribution is considered,which shows that the roof stability is not sensitive to the load distribution.The maximum tensile stress is 2.5 MPa at the interface of the first floor under the cooling conditionThe vertical acceleration of the floor can be effectively reduced by using the frequency modulated mass damper,and the vibration reduction rate is over 50%.
