摘  要:目的了解公共场所公共用品中荧光增白剂含量及其污染状况,为科学有效控制公共用品中荧光增白剂的残留提供线索和支持。方法2018-2019年,随机采集柳州市不同星级宾馆(酒店)的公共用品,定性与定量分析7种荧光增白剂含量。结果检测公共用品327件,荧光增白剂检出率100.0%,部分样品可同时检出含有2种及以上荧光增白剂;检出的荧光剂主要为三嗪氨基二苯乙烯型FWA71、FWA85和二苯乙烯联苯型FWA351,其检出率分别为100.0%、30.3%和60.2%。不同用品中荧光剂检出率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两两比较发现,荧光剂FWA85检出率毛巾高于床单、被套,荧光剂FWA351检出率毛巾高于被套,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。荧光剂检出率由高到低依次为毛巾>床单>被套。所有用品中苯并唑型荧光剂FWA393、FWA368、FWA378和二苯乙烯联苯型荧光剂FWA184均未检出。宾馆新购未投入使用前的公共用品仅部分检出FWA85荧光剂,其他类型荧光剂均未检出。结论宾馆(酒店)公共用品荧光增白剂污染状况严重,主要为FWA71、FWA85和FWA351污染,建议相关部门加强对公共用品中荧光增白剂的卫生检验和监管,采取有效控制措施,减少其残留。Objective To understand the content and pollution of fluorescent brighteners in public goods in public places,provide clues and support for scientific and effective control of fluorescent brightener residues in public goods.Methods From 2018-2019,the public supplies of different star-rated hotels in Liuzhou City were randomly collected,and the contents of seven fluorescent brighteners were qualitatively and quantitatively analyzed.Results 327 public articles were tested.The detection rate of fluorescent brighteners was 100.0%.Some samples could detect two or more fluorescent brighteners at the same time.The detected fluorescent brighteners were mainly trianzine aminostilbene FWA71,FWA85 and stillbene bipnenyl FWA351,which the detection rate was 100.0%,30.3%and 60.2%,respectively.The difference in the detection rate of fluorescent brighteners was statistically significant among different articles(P<0.05).A comparison analysis showed that the detection rate of fluorescent agent FWA85 of towels was higher than that of bed sheets and quilt covers,the detection rate of fluorescent agent FWA351 of towels was higher than that of quilt covers,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The detection rate of the fluorescent agents from high to low was towels>bed sheets>quilt covers.The fluorescent agents benzoxazole FWA393,FWA368,FWA378 and stillbene bipnenyl FWA184 were not detected in all the supplies.FWA85 fluorescent agent was only partially detected in the newly purchased public goods before putting into use,and other types of fluorescent agents were not detected.Conclusion The contamination of fluorescent brighteners in public articles of hotels is serious,which is mainly polluted by FWA71,FWA85 and FWA351.It is suggested that the relevant departments should strengthen the sanitary inspection and supervision of fluorescent brighteners in public goods,and take effective control measures to reduce the residues.
