摘  要:分析某大型低压煤气化制氢配套一氧化碳变换装置的特点及要求,从变换反应段数、入口温度及催化剂的确定、变换炉结构型式等方面进行了设计选型,从大型换热器结构型式、催化剂的开工预硫化、变换冷凝液汽提工艺等方面进行了优化设计。采用一段中温变换+两段低温变换的耐硫变换流程及轴径向变换炉,选用组合双“U”型换热器、预硫化变换催化剂,增设酸性气洗涤分离塔。The characteristics and requirements of CO shift plant related to a large scale low pressure coal gasification plant to produce hydrogen were analyzed.The model of shift converter was selected according to the number of shift reaction segment,inlet temperature and catalyst type,and the converter structure.The engineering design was optimized from the aspects of the large heat exchanger structure,the process of catalyst presulfiding during comissioning,and the condensate stripping process.As a result,the sulfur-tolerant shift process of one segment medium temperature shift+two segment low temperature shift,and the axial-radial converter were selected,the combined double U type heat exchanger and presulfiding catalyste were selected,and the acidic gas washing and separating tower were added.
