摘　　要：介绍Shell气化炉与SE-东方炉排渣系统工艺流程及工作原理,结合灰渣特性的调整与控制,对堵渣问题进行研究,分析比较两种工艺技术的堵渣部位、原因及应对措施。The process flow and working principle of slag system both in Shell gasifier and SE-Dongfang gasifier were introduced.Considering the characteristics of the slag,its regulation and control,and studying the slag block problem,the position of slag block,blocking reason and measures to deal with the slag block in two types of process were compared and analyzed.
