摘　　要：通过选用冷凝加水洗的处理工艺,对甲醇充装站的排放气进行治理和回收,处理效果良好。当冷凝机组温度达到设定温度-75℃左右时,尾气中甲醇含量最高小于20×10^-6,尾气能够达标排放,且优于指标35×10^-6。通过该工艺处理,甲醇装车时,每小时可回收甲醇60 kg,有一定的经济效益。The treatment process of condensation and water washing was selected to treat and recover the exhaust gas of methanol filling station,and the treatment effect is good.When the temperature of the condensing unit reaches the set temperature of-75℃,the maximum methanol content in the tail gas is less than 20×10^-6,and the tail gas can reach the discharge standard,which is better than the index of 35×10^-6.Through this process,60 kg methanol can be recovered per hour during methanol loading,which has certain economic benefits.
