藏香猪的养殖现状及其开发利用——以湖南省湘西土家族苗族自治州龙山县为例

摘　　要：藏香猪常年生活在山林里,以林区丰富的野生植物为食,氨基酸、微量元素含量高,肉质细嫩,脂肪含量低,瘦肉率高达40%以上,肉质优良,营养价值高,在当前肉食品市场中,具有较高的经济价值和广泛的发展前景。该文对藏香猪的外形特点、生产性能及在龙山县的饲养管理养殖现状进行了调研分析,对藏香猪的开发利用提出了相关建议,为藏香猪在湘西地区的进一步发展提供思路。Tibetan pigs lived in forests all year round and feed on rich wild plants in forest areas.The content of amino acids and trace elements is high,the meat tasted by tenderly with seldom fat and the lean meat rate is as high as 40%that has excellent quality and high nutritional value,thus,Tibetan pigs have high economic value and broad development prospects in market.This paper mainly analyzes the shape characteristics,production performance,breeding management and status in Longshan County,and also puts forward some suggestions to develop the industry of Tibetan pigs in western Hunan province.
