摘 要:当今社会,高科技技术的进步驱动自动化技术愈发成熟,使得自动化产业迎来剧烈变化。运用互联网技术结合智能制造,在技术引领下,工业互联网模式下将自动化集中式控制系统采用控制算法等进行升级,加大自动化技术运用,实现对每个节点的控制量计算,面对控制系统规模不断增大以及流程越来越复杂的现状,运行智能执行机构、控制单元、传感器,形成集成分布式系统,完成了智能化控制系统构建,驱动工业互联网和智能制造同步前行和进步。文章对工业互联网以及智能制造推动下的自动化技术进行分析,简述工业互联网和智能制造的构成以及自动化技术的实践特点。In today’s society,the development of high-tech technology drives the automation technology to become more mature,which makes the automation industry usher in drastic changes.By using Internet technology,combined with intelligent manufacturing,under the guidance of technology,automatic centralized control in industrial Internet mode will upgrade the control system with control algorithm,increase the application of automation technology,and realize the calculation of the control quantity of each node.In the face of the increasing scale of the control system and the more complicated process,the intelligent actuator,control unit and sensor are operated to form an integrated distributed system,and the intelligent control system is constructed to drive the industrial Internet and intelligent manufacturing to move forward and progress synchronously.This paper analyzes the industrial Internet and the automation technology driven by intelligent manufacturing,and briefly describes the composition of industrial Internet and intelligent manufacturing and the practical characteristics of automation technology.
