稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者内脂素的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者稳定期的血清内脂素的水平。方法测定60例慢阻肺患者及60名正常人的血清内脂素、血清白蛋白(ALB)、白细胞计数(WBC)、血糖、血脂、肺功能等生理指标,并测算出他们的体重指数(BMI)、腰臀比(WHR)、上臂中部臂围(MAC),综合分析内脂素与各项参数的关联。结果 (1)慢阻肺组血清内脂素浓度(14.04±1.50)μg/L显著低于对照组(25.66±2.62)μg/L,差异有显著性(P<0.05);(2)血清内脂素水平与BMI、BG、MAC、WBC、FEV1、FVC呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论与对照组相比,血清内脂素浓度在稳定期慢阻肺患者中呈下降趋势,且提示与体重指数、肺功能有一定关联,它或许有助于我们全面系统地评价慢阻肺患者。Objective To explore the level of serum visfatin in stable COPD patients.Methods Body mass index(BMI),waist hop ratio(WHR),mid-upper arm circumference(MAC),serum albumin(ALB)and total leucocyte count(WBC)blood glucose blood lipids were determined in 60 patients with COPD and in 60 healthy controls.The correlation between visfatin and nutritional parameters was analyzed.Results(1)The concentration of serum visfatin was significantly lower in COPD patients(14.04±1.50)μg/L than in healthy controls(25.66±2.62)μg/L.(2)Serum visfatin level was significantly correlated with BMI,BG,MAC,WBC,FEV 1 and FVC.Conclusion Serum visfatin in stable COPD patients decreases,and it is correlated with BMI and lung function,thus it may can contribute to evaluate COPD patients comprehensively and systematically.
