摘　　要：目的了解2014-2018年北京市房山区腹泻病例沙门菌流行特征及变化趋势,为沙门菌防控工作提供依据。方法北京市房山区食源性疾病病原学监测哨点医院对符合病例定义的患者采集粪便标本进行沙门菌检测,患者信息录入"食源性疾病监测报告系统"。结果监测病例1827例,检出沙门菌阳性病例89例,阳性率为4.87%,肠炎沙门菌(25.84%)和鼠伤寒沙门菌(12.36%)为主要流行血清型;不同季节沙门菌检出率比较,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=19.251,P<0.05),夏秋季高发;可疑食品种类主要为肉及肉制品。结论沙门菌为北京市房山区散发腹泻病例常见致病菌,应继续加强腹泻病例监测,加强食品安全宣教,减少沙门菌感染。Objective To understand the epidemiological characteristics and trends of salmonella in diarrhea monitoring cases in Fangshan District of Beijing City from 2014-2018,and provide evidence for salmonella control.Methods The foodborne disease etiology surveillance sentinel hospitals in Fangshan District of Beijing City collected the stool samples of the patients who met the definition of the case for salmonella detection,and the information of patients was entered into the"foodborne disease monitoring and reporting system".Results A total of 1827 cases were monitored,and 89 positive cases of salmonella were detected,with the positive rate of 4.87%.The main serotype were S.Enteritidis(25.84%)and S.Typhimurium(12.36%).The detection rate of salmonella was statistically significant in different seasons(χ^2=19.251,P<0.05),and the high detection rate was in summer and autumn.The main types of suspicious food were meat and meat products.Conclusion Salmonella was the common pathogenic bacteria in sporadic cases of diarrhea in Fangshan District of Beijing City.Surveillance of diarrhea cases and food safety education should be strengthened to reduce the salmonella infection.
