摘　　要：为符合质量一致性检验目的,提出了某型子母弹靶场交验试验方法从安全性、可靠性和一致性3个方面设置试验项目的设想。分析了现行方法在试验项目及条件设置、样本与母体之间的关系、样本量与质量状况的关联性、评定指标选择4个方面存在的不足,对比分析了该文方法的优点,为科学、合理、全面地评定产品质量一致性提供参考。To meet the purpose of quality consistency inspection,a range test method of a certain type of submunition is proposed with the test project setting from three aspects of safety,reliability and consistency.The current method is analyzed on the test items and condition settings,the relationship between samples and matrices,the correlation between the sample size and the quality status,and the selection of evaluation indicators.The advantages of the method proposed here are analyzed.A reference for scientific,reasonable and comprehensive assessment of product quality consistency is provided here.
