摘  要:分布式蓄热电采暖消纳弃风弃光涉及可再生能源发电企业、电网、电采暖和负荷聚合商四个主体。从消纳弃风弃光参与方出发,总结典型商业运营模式,分析各方成本收益要素,建立多方参与经济成本分析模型,采取定性定量相结合的方法,对参与主体进行经济性分析,最后结合典型算例对分布式蓄热电采暖项目经济性进行分析评估。结果表明,在四元市场参与模式下,可再生能源发电企业可通过增发弃风弃光电量获得直接收益,电网企业通过收取合理过网费取得收益,蓄热电采暖购电价格不超过0.15元/(kW·h),可满足项目经济性。结论可为清洁电供暖价格及机制政策制定提供参考。Distributing wind and light in distributed thermal storage and electric heating involves four participating entities:renewable energy power generation enterprises,power grids,electric heating,and load aggregators.This article starts with the elimination of wind and light participants,summarizes typical business operation models,analyzes the cost-benefit factors of each participant,establishes a multi-party participation economic cost analysis model,and adopts a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods to conduct economic analysis of participating entities.Finally,combined with typical examples,it analyzes and evaluates the economics of distributed thermal storage electric heating projects.The results show that under the quaternary market participation model,renewable energy power generation enterprises can obtain direct income by increasing the amount of wind and electricity,and grid companies can obtain revenue by charging a reasonable network connection fee.The purchase price of thermal storage heating does not exceed 0.15 yuan/kW.h,which can meet project economics.The conclusion of this article can provide a reference for the price of clean heating electric heating and the policy formulation of the mechanism.
