益气调肝法治疗甲亢性肝损害的临床效果研究

摘　　要：目的研究益气调肝法治疗甲亢性肝损害的临床效果。方法选取2017年3月-2018年3月医院收治的甲亢性肝损害患者140例为研究对象,给予参照组(70例)采用常规西药盐酸普萘洛尔片、维生素B4、甲巯咪唑片进行治疗,给予益气调肝法组(70例)益气调肝法治疗。研究2组患者肝功能指标(谷丙转氨酶ALT、谷草转氨酶AST、碱性磷酸酶ALP)水平值变化情况、临床有效率。结果治疗后,益气调肝法组谷丙转氨酶ALT(24.77±9.15)U/L、谷草转氨酶AST(25.08±8.13)U/L、碱性磷酸酶ALP(85.71±25.22)U/L,均明显低于参照组(P<0.05);益气调肝法组临床有效率为91.43%,明显高于参照组(P<0.05)。结论相比西医药物盐酸普萘洛尔片、维生素B4、甲巯咪唑片治疗而言,益气调肝法治疗甲亢性肝损害的临床效果更加显著,可明显改善患者的肝功能。Objective Study on the clinical effect of Yiqi Tiaogan method in the treatment of hyperthyroidism.Methods From March 2017 to March 2018,140 patients with hyperthyroidism caused by hyperthyroidism in our hospital were studied,To study the changes of liver function indexes(alanine aminotransferase ALT,aspartate aminotransferase AST,alkaline phosphatase ALP)in two groups of patients,clinical effectiveness.Results After treatment,Yiqi Tiaogan method group alanine aminotransferase ALT(24.77±9.15)U/L,aspartate aminotransferase AST(25.08±8.13)U/L,alkaline phosphatase ALP(85.71±25.22)U/L,are obvious Lower than the reference group(P<0.05);The clinical effective rate of Yiqi Tiaogan method group was 91.43%,which was significantly higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusions Compared with western medicine,propranolol hydrochloride tablets,vitamin B4,and methimazole tablets,the clinical effect of Yiqi Tiaogan method in treating hyperthyroid hepatic damage is more significant,which can significantly improve the liver function of patients.
