摘 要:采用二甲基乙酰胺法测试了腈纶与聚酯纤维混纺织物中腈纶纤维含量,探讨了二甲基乙酰胺溶解腈纶纤维的最佳工艺,并与二甲基甲酰胺法进行了对比分析。结果表明,二甲基乙酰胺在60℃下,30 min即可将腈纶纤维完全溶解;二甲基乙酰胺法精确度不低于二甲基甲酰胺法,且要求温度较低,溶解时间短,检测结果较二甲基甲酰胺法偏差较小,最大偏差为-1.40%,符合含量偏差允许范围,具有较好的准确性和可行性。In this paper,the products of dimethyl acetylamide(DMAC)statutory analysis of acrylic/polyester fiber are proposed and compared with the accuracy of the results of dimethyl methamida(DMF).Dimethyl methamida method according to the standard method needs to use 90℃,90min conditions.There are higher temperature and longer time requirements of shortcomingsin practice,so the paper proposed the use of dimethyl acetylamide quantitative analysis,the best process of dimethyl acetylamide dissolved acrylic fiber,the use of dimethyl acetylamide method test of acrylic fiber content and polyester fiber mixed textile,and dimethylamide.The results showed that the trimethylacetylamide at 60℃,30 min can be completely dissolved acrylic fiber,dimethyl acetylamide method accuracy is not less than dimethylmetamide method,and requires lower temperature,short dissolution time,test results than dimethyl metamide method deviation is small,the maximum deviation is-1.40%,in line with the content deviation allowed range,with good accuracy and feasibility.
