摘　　要：目的探讨经皮内镜下胃造瘘术(PEG)在食管恶性狭窄临床应用的方法及效果。方法分析2019年4月至11月我院经治的17例食管上段恶性狭窄(其中5例合并食管瘘)行PEG治疗患者的临床资料,观察该手术的治疗经过及并发症。结果17例经皮内镜下胃造瘘术均成功,3例分别在2周、2个月及2.5个月后脱管,再次置管,患者营养状况良好,未发生严重并发症。结论PEG对于食管恶性狭窄不能经口进食的患者提供了良好的营养支持,操作简单,安全有效,可提高食管癌患者的生活质量。Objective To explore the method and effect of percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy(PEG)in the treatment of esophageal malignant stenosis.Methods 17 patients with malignant stricture of upper esophagus treated with PEG in our hospital from April to November 2019,including 5 patients with esophageal fistula,were analyzed;their treatments and complications were observed.Results The treatments of 17 cases with PEG were successful.3 cases had fallen off during 1 week,2 months and 2-and-a-half months respectively,and the tubes were replaced.The nutritional status of all patients was good,and no serious complications occurred.Conclusion PEG could provide good nutritional support for patients with esophageal malignant stricture who cannot eat by mouth.PEG is simple,safe and effective;it could improve the quality of life of patients with esophageal cancer.
