摘  要:分别以热熔胶和丁基胶为主体胶层,考察了两种自粘胶层对高分子自粘胶膜防水卷材与后浇混凝土剥离强度的影响,并分别对比了无处理、紫外线处理、浸水处理及热处理等条件下的剥离强度。结果表明:无处理条件下,热熔胶和丁基胶对卷材与后浇混凝土的剥离强度影响不大,但经过紫外线处理、浸水处理及热处理后,以丁基胶作为主体胶层的卷材剥离强度要明显高于热熔胶作为主体胶层的卷材。Taking hot melt adhesive and butyl adhesive as the main coating layer respectively,the paper studies their influences on peeling performance of polymer self-adhesive film waterproofing membrane with post-cast concrete.And it compares peeling strength under different treatment conditions:without any treatment,ultraviolet ray,water immersion and heating etc.Results show under the circumstance of no treatment,the impacts of hot melt adhesive and butyl adhesive on peeling strength of membrane with post-cast concrete are quite small;but after ultraviolet,immersion and heating treatments,the membrane with butyl adhesive as the main coating layer possesses much higher peeling performance than the membrane mainly coated with hot melt adhesive.
