摘　　要：本文利用案例研究法和内容分析法,采取“点面结合”的方式,以2017—2019年“双一流”建设下高校图书馆服务为主题的高校图书馆发展论坛获奖案例进行研究分析。从个体特色的深入剖析,到整体情况的概括,在总结分析的基础上得出阅读推广、学科服务、空间服务的发展特征并引发服务发展引擎、服务特色化、协同发展、馆员服务能力、服务成效等方面的思考,为“双一流”背景下高校图书馆服务未来发展提供启迪与参考。By using case-study method and content analysis,adopting the individual and the whole combination approach,this paper researches and analyzes the award-winning cases of China Academic Library Development Forum from 2017 to 2019,which takes academic library service as the theme under the background of“double first-class”construction.With in-depth analysis of individual characteristics and summary of the overall situation,the development characteristics of reading promotion,subject service,space service are derived,and the thoughts about service development engine,service specialization,collaborative development,service ability and effectiveness and so on are provoked on the basis of summary and analysis.All of these will provide enlightenment and reference for the future service development of academic libraries.
