摘  要:为有效提高有机肥和化肥的施肥效果并结合新疆地区的作业要求,设计一种可满足不同行间距和不同施肥深度的有机肥、化肥开沟施肥一体机,对整机和液压系统进行了设计,通过AMESim软件建立了液压系统的仿真模型。根据仿真结果可知,所有数据均符合设计要求。试验结果证实,整机性能和液压控制系统均可满足操作条件并具有稳定的性能。in order to effectively improve the fertilization effect of organic fertilizer and chemical fertilizer and combine with the operation requirements of Xinjiang,a kind of organic fertilizer fertilizer ditching and fertilization integrated machine which can meet the different spacing and different fertilization depth of the same industry is designed.The whole machine and hydraulic system are designed,and the simulation model of hydraulic system is established by AMESim software.The simulation results show that all the data meet the design requirements.The test results show that the performance of the whole machine and the hydraulic control system can meet the operating conditions and have stable performance.
