摘  要:以6XG-2000型空瘪核桃风选机为样机,进行设备风选系统的优化试验。通过开展调风板开度、卸风板开度对分离腔进料口风速、设备误差率的影响试验研究,确定调风板开度和卸风板开度的最佳参数分别为87°和10°,在该条件下,分离腔进料口风速为14 m/s,误差率为0.4%,清选效果最佳。In this paper,6XG-2000 hollow walnut air separator was used as a prototype,the optimization test of equipment air sorter system was carried out.Through the test of the influence of the opening degree of air regulating plate and the opening de-gree of air discharging plate on the wind speed and the error rate of equipment at the inlet of the separation chamber,the opti-mum parameters of the opening degree of air regulating plate and the opening degree of air discharging plate are 87°and 10°respectively.Under this condition,the air speed of the inlet of the separation chamber was 14 m/s,the error rate was 0.4%,and the cleaning effect was the best.
