LEEP联合保妇康栓对慢性宫颈炎患者术后恢复及并发症的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨超高频电波刀电圈切除术(LEEP)联合保妇康栓对慢性宫颈炎患者术后恢复及并发症的影响。方法选择2018年7月至2019年7月我院收治的慢性宫颈炎患者92例,随机分为两组各46例。对照组采用LEEP治疗,观察组采用LEEP联合保妇康栓治疗。比较两组的治疗效果以及术后恢复情况、并发症。结果两组的治疗总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组的排液量≥月经量、排液时间≥5 d、出血量≥月经量及出血时间≥10 d比例均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的并发症总发生率为4.35%,显著低于对照组的19.57%(P<0.05)。结论LEEP联合保妇康栓治疗慢性宫颈炎患者具有与LEEP相似的效果,但可加快患者的术后恢复,减少并发症的发生。Objective To explore the effects of loop electrosurgical excision procedure(LEEP)combined with Baofukang suppository on postoperative recovery and complications of patients with chronic cervicitis.%Methods 92 patients with chronic cervicitis admitted to our hospital from July 2018 to July 2019 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 46 cases in each group.The control group was treated with LEEP,and the observation group was treated with LEEP combined with Baofukang suppository.The treatment effect,postoperative recovery and complications were compared between the two groups.%Results No significant difference was found in the total effective rate of treatment between the two groups(P>0.05).The proportions of discharge volume≥menstrual volume,discharge duration≥5 days,bleeding volume%≥menstrual volume and bleeding duration≥10 days in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was 4.35%,significantly lower than 19.57%in the control group(P<0.05).%Conclusions LEEP combined with Baofukang suppository has a similar effect to LEEP in the treatment of patients with chronic cervicitis,but it can accelerate the postoperative recovery of patients and reduce the incidence of complications.
