摘　　要：目的探讨肾康注射液治疗早期糖尿病肾病的效果及对患者免疫功能的影响。方法选取2018年2月至2019年10月我院收治的早期糖尿病肾病患者40例,随机分为基础组(基础治疗,20例)和干预组(基础治疗联合肾康注射液治疗,20例),比较两组的临床疗效以及免疫功能指标。结果干预组患者的总有效率为100.00%,显著高于基础组的80.00%(P<0.05)。治疗14 d,与治疗前相比,两组的CD3^+、CD4^+水平均显著升高,CD8^+水平显著降低(P<0.05);干预组的CD3^+、CD4^+、CD8^+水平均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论肾康注射液治疗早期糖尿病肾病可增强患者的免疫功能,提高临床疗效。Objective To explore the effect of Shenkang injection in the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy,and its impact on the immune function of patients.Methods 40 patients with early diabetic nephropathy admitted to our hospital from February 2018 to October 2019 were selected and randomly divided into basic group(basic treatment,20 cases)and intervention group(basic treatment combined with Shenkang injection treatment,20 cases).The clinical efficacy and immune function indicators were compared between two groups.Results The total effective rate of intervention group was 100.00%,significantly higher than 80.00%of basic group(P<0.05).After 14 days of treatment,the levels of CD3^+and CD4^+of both groups were significantly higher than those before treatment,and the levels of CD8^+of both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05);The levels of CD3^+,CD4^+and CD8^+of intervention group were significantly better than those of basic group(P<0.05).Conclusions Shenkang injection in the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy can enhance patients'immune function,and improve the clinical efficacy.
