心脑康胶囊联合氟桂利嗪治疗偏头痛的疗效及不良反应分析

摘　　要：目的探讨心脑康胶囊联合氟桂利嗪治疗偏头痛的疗效及不良反应。方法选取我院2016年1月至2018年6月收治的偏头痛患者60例,随机分为两组各30例。观察组采用心脑康胶囊联合氟桂利嗪治疗,对照组采用氟桂利嗪治疗。比较两组的临床疗效、不良反应发生率、病情相关指标以及VAS评分。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为96.67%,显著高于对照组的76.67%(P <0.05)。观察组的不良反应发生率为6.67%,显著低于对照组的33.33%(P <0.05)。治疗后,两组的平均发病天数、偏头痛发作次数、眩晕强度评分均显著降低,且观察组的各指标均显著低于对照组(P <0.05)。治疗后,观察组的VAS评分显著低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论心脑康胶囊联合氟桂利嗪治疗偏头痛患者具有明显的疗效,可降低不良反应发生率,改善患者的偏头痛症状。Objective To explore the efficacy and adverse reaction of Xinnaokang capsule combined with flunarizine in the treatment of migraine.Methods 60 patients with migraine admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to June 2018 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 30 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with Xinnaokang capsule combined with flunarizine,and the control group was treated with flunarizine.The clinical efficacy,incidence of adverse reactions,related indicators of disease condition,and VAS score were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment of the observation group was 96.67%,significantly higher than 76.67%of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions of the observation group was 6.67%,significantly lower than 33.33%of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the average onset days,number of migraine attacks,and dizziness intensity scores of the two groups reduced significantly,and the indicators of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the VAS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Xinnaokang capsule combined with flunarizine has obvious efficacy in the treatment of patients with migraine,which can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,and improve the symptoms of migraine of patients.
