摘　　要：目的探讨针灸结合颅骶疗法对颞下颌关节紊乱病患者下颌功能及疼痛程度的影响。方法 60例颞下颌关节紊乱病患者根据治疗方法的不同分为对照组(n=28)与观察组(n=32)。在常规保守治疗的基础上,对照组予以针灸治疗,观察组予以针灸结合颅骶疗法治疗。比较两组的临床疗效,以及治疗前后的下颌功能及疼痛程度。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为93.75%,显著高于对照组的71.43%(P <0.05)。治疗后,观察组的MFIQ评分、 VAS评分均显著低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论针灸结合颅骶疗法治疗颞下颌关节紊乱病患者疗效显著,可有效减轻疼痛程度,改善下颌功能。Objective To explore the effect of acupuncture combined with craniosacral therapy on mandibular function and pain degree in patients with temporomandibular disorders.Methods 60 patients with temporomandibular disorders were divided into the control group(n=28)and the observation group(n=32)according to the different treatment methods.On the basis of conventional conservative treatment,the control group was treated with acupuncture,and the observation group was treated with acupuncture combined with craniosacral therapy.The clinical efficacy,as well as the mandibular function and pain degree before and after treatment were compared between two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 93.75%,significantly higher than 71.43%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the MFIQ score and VAS score in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Acupuncture combined with craniosacral therapy in the treatment of patients with temporomandibular disorders has significant efficacy,which can effectively relieve the pain degree and improve the mandibular function.
