摘　　要：目的探讨鸡尾酒疗法对全膝关节置换术(TKA)患者术后疼痛及关节功能的影响。方法选取行单侧TKA患者70例,随机分为两组各35例。术中,观察组在关节周围组织注射鸡尾酒配方药物,对照组注射等量生理盐水。比较两组术后的疼痛程度以及膝关节活动度。结果观察组术后18、 30、 36、 42、 48 h的疼痛VAS评分均显著低于对照组(P <0.05)。观察组术后第2、 3、 5、 7 d的膝关节活动度均显著大于对照组(P <0.05)。结论鸡尾酒疗法能明显减轻全膝关节置换术患者术后关节疼痛,改善关节活动度,利于术后早期功能康复训练和功能重建。Objective To explore the effect of cocktail therapy on patients'pain and joint function after total knee arthroplasty(TKA).Methods 70 patients with unilateral TKA were selected and randomly divided into two groups equally.During the operation,the observation group was injected with cocktail formula drugs in the tissues around the joints,and the control group was injected with the same amount of normal saline.The postoperative pain degree and range of motion of keen joint were compared between two groups.Results The VAS scores of pain at 18,30,36,42 and 48 hours after operation in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The range of motion of keen joint at 2,3,5 and 7 days after operation in the observation group were significantly greater than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Cocktail therapy can obviously reduce postoperative joint pain and improve range of motion of joint in patients with TKA,and is beneficial to early functional rehabilitation training and functional reconstruction.
