摘  要:在前期研制的新型数控活络头通用胎架基础上,针对该胎架在大曲度曲面分段制造时行程及转场便捷性不足的问题,提出一种模块化柔性装置。该装置由连接机构、框架平台、支撑调节模块和移动机构组成,在不改变原数控活络头胎架支柱规格的前提下,可提高胎架的调节范围,而且其通用性和灵活性更佳,适合各种曲面分段的建造。On the basis of general moulding bed for new numerical control adjustable head developed in the early stage,a kind of modular flexible device is proposed to solve the problem that the moulding bed is lack of the travel and transfer convenience in the large curvature curved surface block construction.The device is composed of connecting mechanism,frame platform,support adjustment module,and moving mechanism.Without changing the pillar specifications of original moulding bed for numerical control adjustable head,the adjustment range of moulding bed can be improved,and its generality and flexibility are better,which is suitable for various curved surface block construction.
