摘　　要：以船舶与海洋工程制造企业工时管理体系为研究对象,以构建数字化、集成化、智能化、标准化的工时管理信息系统为目标,对设计数据和实动工时进行深度挖掘,系统研究数据抽取规则、工时测算规则、工时修正方法及其与任务派工标准和结算标准等方面之间的关联规则,实现与设计数据的有效集成,完善和规范工时物量管理的业务流程和测算方法,有效帮助企业改进生产工艺、提高生产效率,显著提升企业核心竞争力。Taking the man hour management system of ship and ocean engineering manufacturing enterprises as the study object,aiming at building a digitalized,integrated,intelligent and standardized man hour management information system,the design data and actual working hours are deeply mined,the data extraction rules,man hour calculation rules,man hour correction method,and association rules among them,task dispatching standard,and settlement standard are researched systemically,so as to realize the effective integration with the design data,to perfect and standardize the operation flow and measurement methods of man hours and material quantity management,to help the enterprises improve the production technology and production efficiency effectively,and to improve the core competitiveness of enterprises significantly.
