摘  要:高铁正在重塑我国的城市与区域格局。测度高铁建设的时空效应,可以为城市和区域发展战略提供经验证据。基于全国285个地级及以上城市2004-2014年的面板数据,借助PSM-DID方法考察高铁开通前后城市创新产出变化,识辨高铁网络下区域创新空间格局的演变特征。研究发现:考察期内,高铁开通在全国层面显著提高了沿线城市的创新水平,但也表现出显著的异质性特征,即高铁开通显著提升了东部和西部地区高铁沿线城市的创新产出,而对中部地区高铁沿线城市的影响不显著,这在一定程度上有助于缩小区域创新差距;高铁开通显著提高了沿线中小型城市的创新水平,而对沿线大型城市的创新产出影响不显著,呈现出大城市对中小城市创新的溢出效应。在知识经济时代,高铁成为区域创新空间体系格局重构的新动力,各地区应因地制宜地利用高铁网络建设带来的积极影响。High-speed rail is reshaping China's urban and regional structure.By measuring the time and space effects of high-speed rail construction,it provided empirical evidences for urban and regional development strategies.Based on the panel data of 285 prefecture-level and above cities in China from 2004 to 2014,it investigated the changes of urban innovation output before and after the opening of high-speed rail by PSM-DID method,and identified the evolution characteristics of regional innovation spatial pattern under the high-speed rail network.During the period of investigation,the opening of high-speed rail has significantly improved the innovation level of cities along the line at the national level,but it also shows significant heterogeneity.The opening of high-speed rail significantly increases the innovation output of the cities along the high-speed rail in eastern and western regions,while has no significant impact on the cities along the high-speed rail in central regions,which helps to narrow the regional innovation gap to a certain extent.The opening of high-speed rail has significantly improved the innovation level of small and medium-sized cities along the line,but has no significant impact on the innovation output of large cities along the line,showing the spillover effect of large cities on innovation of small and medium-sized cities.In the era of knowledge-based economy,high-speed rail has become a new driving force for the reconstruction of regional innovation space system.All regions should take advantage of the positive impact of high-speed rail construction.
