摘　　要：介绍了一种锌合金压铸件环保镀金工艺,包括在锌合金基体上制备碱性锌镍合金镀层、化学镀镍层、焦磷酸盐镀铜层、酸铜镀层、光亮镀镍层和镀金层。这种镀层进行中性盐雾试验120 h无锈蚀,热震试验无起泡或脱落。An environmentally friendly gold plating process for zinc alloy die castings was introduced,including the following steps:alkaline zinc–nickel alloy electroplating,electroless nickel plating,pyrophosphate copper electroplating,acid copper electroplating,bright nickel electroplating,and gold electroplating.The coatings obtained thereby could endure 120 hours of neutral salt spray test without any corrosion product on its surface,and had no blistering and peel-off in thermal shock test.
