摘  要:网带炉加热和淬火的GCr15钢轴承圈等零件表面应该呈银白或银灰色,但往往会产生黑色、蓝色或有黑斑、脱皮等缺陷。为此,对生产状况、淬火工艺、设备和淬火油等方面进行了分析,并进行了现场试验,最终,采取了改进工件的装炉方法、减少淬火油中的水和杂质含量等措施,解决了网带炉热处理的零件颜色反常的问题。The surface of parts such as GCr15 steel bearing ring should be silvery white or silvery gray after austenitizing and quenching in mesh belt furnace,however,shows frequently black or blue,or has defects such as black spot or desquamation.For this reason,the production status,quenching practice,equipment,and quenching oil were analyzed,and the field tests were performed.Finally,some measures,including improvement in charging method of the workpieces,decrease in contents of water and impurities in quenching oil and so on,were taken with the result that the problem of abnormal color on the workpieces heat treated in mesh belt furnace has been solved.
