摘 要:20MnSi钢制直径12 mm的螺纹钢表面出现大量裂纹。对开裂的螺纹钢进行金相检验、化学成分分析和能谱分析,以揭示其开裂的原因。结果表明:螺纹钢的化学成分和显微组织均符合要求,但表面裂纹中有密集的夹渣,是没有清除干净残留在坯料中的保护渣。螺纹钢开裂是夹渣在轧制过程中暴露到表面所致。A large number of cracks appeared at surface of 12-mm-diam reinforced bar made from 20 MnSi steel.The cracked reinforced bar was subjected to metallographic test,chemical composition analysis and EDS analysis to discover the reason why the reinforced bar cracked.The results showed,chemical composition and microstructure all conformed with the requirements,however,dense slag inclusion which was a protecting slag not being thoroughly removed thus remaining in the billet were found to appear in the crack.The reinforced bar cracking stemmed from exposure of the slag inclusion to its surface during rolling.
