摘  要:大批量42CrMo钢M24螺栓在淬火、回火后发现纵向开裂。对开裂螺栓进行了宏观检验、化学成分检测、硬度试验和金相检验。结果表明:裂纹两侧有氧化现象,裂纹具有沿晶开断裂的特征,为淬火裂纹,及螺栓开裂是由淬火不当所致。Most of the M24 bolts made of 42CrMo steel were found to be longitudinally cracked after hardening and tempering.The cracked bolt was subjected to macro check,chemical composition analysis,hardness test,and metallographic examination.The results showed that there was oxidation in two sides of the crack,and the crack was characterized by intercrystalline cracking,and was a quenching crack,namely,the bolt cracking stemmed from fault in quenching.
