四妙丸联合非诺贝特胶囊治疗慢性痛风性关节炎的临床效果

摘　　要：目的研究四妙丸联合非诺贝特胶囊治疗慢性痛风性关节炎的临床效果。方法选取2017年7月1日至2018年12月31日在郑州大学第五附属医院门诊治疗的46例慢性痛风性关节炎患者,采用随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,各23例。给予对照组高尿酸血症非药物治疗,给予观察组四妙丸联合非诺贝特胶囊治疗。观察两组临床疗效和治疗前后生化指标[血尿酸(SUA)、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)]水平。结果观察组治疗总有效率(78.26%)高于对照组(39.13%)(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组SUA、TG、TC水平均较治疗前降低,且观察组SUA、TG、TC水平均低于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论四妙丸联合非诺贝特胶囊治疗慢性痛风性关节炎,可以有效改善患者SUA、TG、TC水平,可作为常用降尿酸药物非适应证患者的替代治疗,具有临床实用价值。Objective To study the clinical effect of simiao pill combined with fenofibrate capsule on chronic gouty arthritis.Methods A total of 46 patients with chronic gouty arthritis from the outpatient department of the Fifth Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University From July 1,2017 to December 31,2018 were selected.They were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method.Each group had 23 cases.Control group was given non drug treatment of hyperuricemia,and observation group was given simiao pill combined with fenofibrate capsule.The clinical effect and levels of biochemical indexes[blood uric acid(SUA),triglycerides(TG)and total cholesterol(TC)]before and after treatment in the two groups were observed.Results The total effective rate(78.26%)of observation group was higher than that(39.13%)of control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of SUA,TG and TC in the two groups were all lower than those before treatment,and the levels of SUA,TG and TC in observation group were all lower than those in control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion Simiao pill combined with fenofibrate capsule can effectively improve the levels of SUA,TG and TC in patients with chronic gouty arthritis.It can be used as an alternative treatment for patients with non indications of common antiduricemic drugs,and it has clinical practical value.
