摘　　要：目的调查新生儿科医院感染的发生趋势,探索医院感染与护理措施的关系。方法严格落实感染防控的护理措施,调查分析该科室2017—2019年的器械相关医院感染、环境卫生学监测、护理人员手卫生、感染患病率等数据。以2017年数据为定基,分析2018年和2019年的变化趋势。结果2019年患病率和感染例次率均低于2017年(均P<0.05)。2019年呼吸机相关肺炎(VAP)感染率低于2017年(P<0.05)。2019年空气和手卫生效果评分均高于2017年(均P<0.05)。2019年护理人员手卫生知识知晓率评分、手卫生依从性评分、接触患者前依从性评分、清洁无菌操作前依从性评分、接触患者环境后依从性评分均高于2017年(均P<0.05)。结论医院感染的防控工作始终贯穿整个护理工作中,落实护理措施可有效控制医院感染的发生,也可提高患儿家属对护理工作的认可。Objective To investigate the incidence trend of nosocomial infection in Neonatology Department,and to explore the relationship between nosocomial infection and nursing measures.Methods The nursing measures of infection prevention and control were strictly implemented,and the data of device-related nosocomial infection,environmental hygiene monitoring,hand hygiene of nursing staff and infection prevalence rate were investigated and analyzed in the department from 2017 to 2019.The data of 2017 were taked as the baseline to analyze the change trend of 2018 and 2019.Results The prevalence and infection rate in 2017 were both lower than those in 2017(both P<0.05).The infection rate of ventilator associated pneumonia(VAP)in 2019 was lower than that in 2017(P<0.05).The scores of air and hand hygiene effect in 2019 were both higher than those in 2017(both P<0.05).The scores of hand hygiene knowledge awareness rate of nursing staff,compliance of hand hygiene,compliance before contacting patients,compliance before clean aseptic operation and compliance after contacting with patients’environment in 2019 were all higher than those in 2017(all P<0.05).Conclusion The prevention and control of nosocomial infection runs through the whole nursing work.The implementation of nursing measures could effectively control the occurrence of nosocomial infection,and also could improve the recognition of children’s family members of nursing work.
