东平湖蓄滞洪区移民经济可持续发展的思考

摘　　要：东平湖大型平原蓄滞洪水库建设中,如何解决东平湖蓄滞洪区移民“安居乐业”问题、促使移民经济可持续发展成为东平湖扶贫攻坚重点项目。从东平湖功能和重要作用及其区域资源来看,经济总量的提升、经济发展的后劲还存在很多短板。确保东平湖蓄滞洪区移民经济可持续发展,避免发生返贫现象必需关注。In the plain flood storage areas of large reservoir in Dongping Lake,to make the resettled people to“live in peace and work happily”by promoting sustainable development of economy have become the key subject of poverty alleviation.From the perspective of function and important roles of Dongping Lake and regional resources,studies has been made on the weak points that may obstruct continue economic growth and development.More attention needs to be paid on sustainable economic development for resettlements in the flood storage and detention areas of Dongping Lake,so as to prevent these resettled people from falling into poverty again.
