高校体育开设羽毛球选修课程的建议及可行性分析

摘　　要：采用文献资料法、访谈法等研究方法,充分了解和挖掘羽毛球运动的特点,对红河学院开展羽毛球选修课程的部分教练和选修过羽毛球课程的部分学生进行访谈、记录、分析、总结,以及对保山学院部分学生身体素质、对羽毛球的学习动机及其爱好进行调查研究。进而对高校体育开设羽毛球选项课的可行性进行探讨,研究发现,高校学生的体质健康状况需改善,高校体育选修课程设置需完善和优化,尤其是地州院校,不仅要切合体育教育教学大纲,而且应该注重学生的全面发展和个性化发展相结合,以及需适应社会的进步与发展;高校具备良好的体育场地器材设施条件;且高校体育课程周期较长以及师资较专业是开展羽毛球课程的有利条件。综上,高校体育开设羽毛球选项课具备较好的可行性。未来研究可通过课程整合、优化课程教学模式、合理利用场地器材设施、充分挖掘现有资源、加强羽毛球师资的培养、大力推广羽毛球健康知识等,并为高校开设羽毛球选修课提出一定的建议,进一步促进羽毛球课程在高校中的开展与完善,为形成终身运动项目垫垫基础。From the perspective of healthy China,college physical education courses have been set up in a scientific and comprehensive way.With the continuous development of college sports,the popularity of badminton,in many colleges and universities to be improved day by day.In this paper,using the methods of documentary,interview method,fully understand and excavate the characteristics of badminton sport,and part of the courses of honghe university badminton coach and students taking a badminton course conducted interviews,records,analysis,summary,as well as to the part baoshan college students'physical quality,to investigate the badminton learning motivation and interest.Badminton sports in universities,this paper discusses the feasibility of the study found that the physical health of college students need to improve,college PE elective courses should be perfected and optimized,especially after the school,should not only meet physical education syllabus,and should pay attention to the all-round development of students and personalized development,as well as the need to adapt to the social progress and development;Colleges and universities have good facilities for sports facilities;Moreover,the long period of college physical education and professional teachers are favorable conditions for developing badminton courses.To sum up,the establishment of badminton option course in college sports has a good feasibility.Future research can through the curriculum integration,optimize the curriculum teaching mode,reasonable use a space equipment facilities,fully tap the existing resources,strengthen the cultivation of the badminton teaching,promoting badminton health knowledge and so on,and put forward some Suggestions for colleges and universities to open badminton elective courses,to further promote badminton course in colleges and universities to carry out and perfect,mat mat foundation for the formation of lifelong sports.
