新时代公立医院院办高效履职新模式的探索与思考

摘　　要：院长办公室作为公立医院推进政策和战略落实的综合性核心行政管理部门,扮演着重要角色。笔者通过分析新时代院办在公立医院管理中的职能,针对管理工作中存在的问题,构建了院办高效履职的“1+5+6”新模式:牢记一个前提、围绕一个中心、做到五个坚持、突出六个抓手、实现管理“六化”,从而全面提升院办管理水平,助力公立医院稳健发展。As a comprehensive core administrative department of public hospitals,the hospital’s president’s office plays an important role in promoting the implementation of policies and strategies.By analyzing the functions of the office in the management of public hospitals in the new era,the author constructs a new"1+5+6"model for the office to perform its duties efficiently according to the existing problems in the management work:keeping in mind a premise,focusing on one center,adhering to five principles,highlighting six points,and realizing the"six modernizations"of management,so as to comprehensively improve the office management and help the steady development of public hospitals.
