院内紧急医疗救护体系的组建与效果评价

摘　　要：目的探讨院内紧急医疗救护体系的组建,提高患者救护效率和抢救成功率。方法建立院内紧急医疗救护体系,包括急救团队组成、救护小组运行机制、紧急医疗救护系统、运行流程、人员职责、急救药品及物品管理等。分析成立紧急医疗救护体系前后患者救治情况。结果自2015年建立院内紧急医疗救护体系后,救护小组的平均到达时间为3.20 min,相较于2014年的5.43 min显著缩短(P<0.05)。2018年救护小组平均到达时间与2015年比较进一步缩短至2.79 min(P<0.05);救护小组2015—2018年5 min到达率分别为95%、100%、100%、100%,相较于2014年的70%差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2015年救护小组的抢救成功率为48.6%,与2014年的30.9%比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且2017年、2018年抢救成功率分别为71.7%、72.1%,相较于2016年的52.6%得到了明显提高(P<0.05)。结论院内紧急医疗救护体系提高了患者救护效率和抢救成功率并且质量得到持续改进,从而保障了患者的安全。Objective:To explore the establishment of hospital emergency medical rescue system to improve the efficiency and success rate of rescue.Method:Hospital’s emergency medical and rescue system,including the composition of the first aid team,the operation mechanism of the rescue team,the emergency medical and rescue system,the operation process,the responsibilities of personnel,the management of first-aid drugs and supplies,etc was established.The treatment of patients before and after the establishment of emergency medical rescue system was analyzed.Result:Since the hospital emergency medical rescue system was established in 2015,the average arrival time of the rescue team was 3.20min,which was significantly shorter than that of 5.43 min in 2014(P<0.05).The average arrival time of ambulance groups in 2018 was further reduced to 2.79 min compared with that in 2015(P<0.05).From 2015 to 2018,the 5min arrival rate of the ambulance group was 95%,100%,100%and 100%,respectively,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05)compared with the 70%in 2014.In 2015,the rescue success rate of the rescue group was 48.6%,with a statistically significant difference from 30.9%in 2014(P<0.05),and the rescue success rate in 2017 and 2018 were 71.0%and 72.1%,respectively,which were significantly improved from 52.6%in 2016(P<0.05).Conclusion:The hospital’s emergency medical rescue system improves the efficiency and success rate of patients’rescue,and continuously improves the quality,thus ensuring the safety of patients.
