摘　　要：习近平扶贫思想“形”于知青经历和地方领导实践,“成”于担任党和国家的领导核心后,是新时代打赢脱贫攻坚战的根本遵循和行动指南。党的十八大以来,自然资源系统深入贯彻习近平扶贫思想,立足行业优势,结合扶贫区发展需求,汇集各方力量,为脱贫攻坚战做出了突出贡献。地质调查处于自然资源产业链的最前端,通过“地质调查”+“产业”途径,在保障人民群众生命财产安全、发掘资源优势与促进产业发展等方面取得明显成效,得到了贫困地区群众与政府的广泛认可。通过“地质”+“产业”打造我国地质调查精准扶贫新引擎,做到精准扶贫产业化,从资源产业生态化角度考虑资源产业绿色发展。XI Jinping's thoughts on poverty alleviation is shaped by the experience of educated youth and the practice of local leaders.To become as the core of leadership of the party,it is a fundamental guideline for the new era to win the battle against poverty.Since the eighteenth Party's Congress,the natural resources system has thoroughly implemented XI Jinping's thoughts on poverty alleviation,based on the advantages of the industry,combined with the needs of the poverty area,and gathered all forces to make outstanding contributions to the battle against poverty.Geological survey is at the front of the natural resources industry chain.Through the“geological survey”+“industry”approach,it has made remarkable achievements in ensuring the safety of people's lives and properties,exploring resource advantages and promoting industrial development,and has been widely recognized by the masses and the government in poor areas.Through Geology+industry,we will build a new engine for targeted poverty alleviation,achieve the industrialization of targeted poverty alleviation,and consider the green development of resource industry from the perspective of ecological development of resource industry.
